Voltage drop from undersized wire or overloaded runs. We measure at the fixture and correct the circuit.

Mismatched LED replacements. We re-lamp the whole system to one warm color temperature.

Cheap aluminum bodies fail fast in coastal air. We replace with brass, keeping your existing wire where sound.
